We build software for the people who feed people

StoreOps is an AI-native studio that builds platforms for franchise restaurant operators. What started as two co-founders optimizing recruitment for a 9-store franchise has grown into a suite of products powering hundreds of locations across 20+ brands — and counting.

From 9 stores to 146 — and three platforms

In 2018, two co-founders sat down together with a single goal: figure out how to fix recruitment for a 9-store franchise operation. The hiring process was slow, expensive, and manual — and nobody had built tools that actually fit the reality of running hourly-wage restaurants.

That problem became Interviewy — a recruitment automation platform that transformed how the company hired. It worked so well that the same operator grew from 9 locations to 146, and the early customers who joined us in those first years are still with us today.

Then COVID hit. While others pulled back, we leaned in — staffing the most difficult locations in the most difficult market anyone had seen. We adapted Interviewy to be technologically superior to competitors while providing agency-like services that operators actually needed. We integrated with onboarding solutions, scheduling systems, and payroll platforms to become the connective tissue of restaurant operations.

In 2024, the Conversey engagement platform was born — heavily integrating into existing payroll and scheduling systems to deliver critical notifications for large-scale operators: bonus compensation that keeps employees happy and increases retention, operational messages at scale, performance reviews, sales analytics, and more.

By 2025, we adopted the latest technology, integrating MCP natively into our apps to support automation across customer data and deliver key information for timely decision-making. We've been AI-native from the start — not as a marketing label, but because it's the only way a small team can build tools that compete with companies ten times our size.

AI-native since 2018 — not a bolt-on

We didn't add AI to our products after the fact. From our earliest prototypes, machine learning and intelligent automation have been baked into everything we build. When you're a small team serving a complex industry, AI isn't optional — it's how you deliver at scale.

In 2025, we went further — integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) natively into our platforms. This enables real-time automation across customer data, connecting hiring pipelines, employee engagement, operational reporting, and payroll systems into a unified intelligence layer that delivers the right information at the right time.

The goal is always the same: give operators back their time so they can focus on people, not paperwork.

Native MCP Integration

Real-time automation across customer data, enabling timely decision-making at every level.

Predictive Staffing

ML models forecast hiring needs and flag turnover risks before they become problems.

Smart Communication

AI-driven messaging tailors outreach to each candidate and employee automatically.

Sentiment & Feedback Analysis

NLP analyzes survey responses, exit interviews, and pulse checks in real time.
